Real Food!

So, I wanted everyone to know- I eat real food now. Here I am with my toast. I also love Kix, Cheerios, Spaghetti, Chicken, Mashed Potatos, Soup, Fish & Lasagna. I HATE green things- but my parents keep trying to force feed me anything green! I make awful faces and spit it at them but they refuse to get the message. Yesterday I broke down and tolerated some spinach. I didn't like it but I tolerated it. They think they'll win eventually... but we'll see. By the way, mom says I got this veggie aversion from my auntie emily- she didn't eat veggies until she was in her 20s!!!

Happy New Year!

For new years, we went to a fancy restaurant in Harbor Springs and dressed up. Mommy and Daddy said I was so good at the restaurant. I don't care about being good so much, I just loved chewing on my dinner roll for about an hour and watching all the people. It was fun!

Michigan!

After Christmas, the whole family (minus cats and horses) packed up and headed for the cottage in Michigan. It was a 12 hour drive so we stayed in a hotel on the way there. I was a GREAT traveller, as usual-- and actually, I LOVED having my doggies sit in the back seat with me. When we got there, I spent a lot of time playing with my new toys. See below.

Presents!

This Christmas morning thing really is as cool as they said. Of course, for me, the paper & boxes were as cool as the toys. It was so fun... but I was exhausted afterwards Grandpa Steve and Mimi were visiting for my first Christmas (and my uncle Tyler).

Grandpa and Mimi got my dogs new Michigan tshirts. They have sweaters from two years ago, but since its too hot in Virginia to wear them for the early games, they needed tshirts too. Very thoughtful!Auntie Jenny was there too! Ellie loves her. She got the whole family Uggs. Mom and dad got slippers and I got pink Ugg boots. They are super cute and they keep my feet really warm.

Those are the highlights. I got a lot of toys that I am really enjoying every day. I can't wait until next year!

Christmas!!

Before Christmas I met Santa Claus at my mom's work (I overheard someone said he was my mom's boss Colin but I know that couldn't be since Colin lives here and Santa lives at the North Pole):
