Pop Pop's Orange Tree

Bia and Pop pop have an orange tree at their house. I loved going out to pick oranges with Pop Pop and then eating the one I picked. It was so much fun to see where the orange came from. I kept talking about it non-stop... over and over I said "Mommy, Sophie and Pop Pop pick ORANGE from ORANGE TREE!"

The Bull

Ever since Disney, I am a total psycho for anything that is in anyway like a "ride". One of the places in Naples we went out to eat called Tin City had this Bull. I was obsessed with it. Mommy and Bia ran out of change and I was having so much fun that some random guy paid for me to ride it again.

Out to Dinner with Bia & Mommy

Sammy and I went to a lot of fancy restaurants with Mommy and Bia and Pop pop. We got dressed up went to the "early bird" specials with all the old people in Florida and it worked great- we got decent priced meals and we were early enough that we all behaved pretty well (by this, I mean that I got whatever I wanted so I would not throw a tantrum). Sammy of course is always quiet as a mouse sleeping in his bucket. These pictures are from our first night on the town.

Naples

So, after Disney Sammy, Mommy and I went to Bia and Pop pop's house in Naples, FL where we stayed for 3 weeks. The weather wasn't the best- it was one of the coldest winters in Naples on record and we didn't have many beach days. But we still managed to cram in a lot of activities including the zoo, botanical gardens, a few parks, one festival, the beach, boating, library story time, a water ski show, a fishery learning center, and we swam in Bia's pool every day. Over the next few days, we'll try to post pictures from our outings so everyone can see how much fun we had- and how much Sammy has grown.
No pictures of him in this first post though- we went to the park on our first day in Naples and he slept the whole time. Here I am riding the dinosaur- after Disney, I LOVE anything that resembles a ride.

I am currently completely obsessed with slides.

Still More Disney

Very often when we were traveling around at the parks, mommy and daddy looked down and saw me holding Sammy's hand in the stroller. I just like for him to know that I'm next to him in case he gets lonely. I love having a baby brother. This is my "I'm about to cause serious trouble" look.

Sammy and I got our first Mickey Mouse ears. I love them and I love it even more that we both have the same ones.
I love balloons so much and was so happy when daddy bought me this purple mickey balloon.
Here I am with Mommy and Sammy riding the carousel. It was my very favorite ride.

Disney Again

This is me on the slides at Magic Kingdom. I insisted on going on these everyday. Playing pool with Daddy at our house in the evenings. Daddy taught me and the boys how to play.

Watching playhouse Disney with Daddy.
And Mommy.

Here our the moms and kids (minus Sammy) with Minnie Mouse. I love her in general, but I did not like her up close. Sort of like Santa Claus.

More Disney

I needed my pacie on the rides the first day, but then I figured out how fun the rides are and I ditched the pacie the rest of the week. Me and daddy on "Its a Small World"

Seeing the fish with the boys at Animal Kingdom. I love fish.
My tongue is still always out when I'm thinking.

FLORIDA!

Our first stop in Florida was Disney. We rented a house with Mommy and Daddy's friends Mike and Alicia Kroll and their two boys Spencer and Wesley. Mommy didn't expect much from me and really thought that we wouldn't even go to Disney everyday. She was silly to think I wasn't old enough. I'm not a baby and I loved it! I slept on a big girl bed in the house and I really loved hanging out with Spencer and Wesley- the big boys- and a grew up a lot during the trip. I was afraid of the characters up close, but after the first day I learned to LOVE the rides and all the hoopla. We ended up going to the parks everyday until about 3:00 ish and then we came back for naps. Sammy was perfect- we all basically forgot he was even there.

Fence Jumping

We know everyone wants to see Florida pictures, and we have a lot to show you. We are so far behind with our posts- but we wanted to make sure we got these additional snow pictures on the blog.
Here are the pictures of my mommy and daddy fence jumping into the snow before we left for Florida. I was in the house watching out the window and I kept crying and yelling "mommy fell down, daddy fell down!" I thought they were hurt- but they apparently just did this for fun. Sometimes I just don't understand them.
